WHO ARE YOU?

Life without a purpose is like a journey without a destination. How frustrating that could be. It is like a ship without a captain. A plane without a pilot.

Purpose brings direction to life. Purpose energies. A life without a purpose is a boring life.

God did not put us in this world to contemplate what to do; he put us here to fulfill specific destinies. Come to think about it, who will design a product without a specific reason? No sane person would do that!

Two Types of Destinies

There are two types of destinies viz; natural destiny and destiny in God.

Natural destiny is the one your parents arrange for you or you arrange for yourself. They give birth to you, send you to school, you graduate, get a job and then get married and start up your own family. That’s good, but there is more to life than that! Some parents desire strongly for their children to be doctors, while the destiny of God for their children mighty be something else. The Bible says, “train up a child in the way he should go”, not the way you want him to go or the way he wants to go; but in the way he should go!

So, while raising up your children, first, you must ask God what he wants to do with their lives and then you can guide them in that light.

Divine destiny is the destiny of an individual in God. The plans and purposes of God for an individual. The potter knows better what to do with the clay. God is the potter and we are the clay, so, it is imperative that we align ourselves With him in order to fulfill our divine destinies.

Discover Your Divine Destiny

The greatest discovery on earth is not the invention of the airplane, or the discovery of oxygen, or any other beautiful discovery you can think of; it is the discovery of an individual’s purpose of existence in this world. How I would to God that every human being would discover their reason for being. Life would become fuller and more exciting.

Who are you? To answer this question accurately, consider firstly, the following questions- who names a product? Who decides the functions of a product? Of course, the manufacturer of that product.

God created you. In other wards, God is your manufacturer. So, He is the only one that can show you your true destiny, no other person or institution can do this! He can help you discover accurately who you are.

There is no need for guessing, speculation trial by error. You can have accurate knowledge of who you are and what you were assigned to accomplish in this world. Yes you can!

I am touched seeing people living unfulfilled lives just because they want to follow their own way instead of God’s way for them.

Stop struggling … start living

Struggling is unnecessary in this life! Yes it is unnecessary! People struggle because they want to do things their own way forgetting that they did not create themselves. Stop struggling, start living.

You were created for a specific assignment that only you can successfully carry out. There is nobody like you all over the world. You were specially created for a specific and special assignment; be original, don’t live a life of imitation!

Who are you? You Might say, “I am a banker/ a lawyer/ a doctor/ a businessman/ a pastor. My question to you is, is that your destiny in God? Come on, you mighty say I’m trying to spiritualize this destiny of a thing, yes I am! Life itself is spiritual! Never live your life based on the dictates of your

Life … is spiritual

Senses or feelings! You are not a body! You’re a spirit, with a soul, that lives in a body. Your body is not you, it is your house! So, you must not be led by your body (senses) but your spirit.

The only way to know who you really are/your divine destiny in this world is to tie your spirit with God’s spirit (the Holy Spirit).

Get Born Again!

Yes, you must have heard of the compound word “Born- Again” several times, but believe me this compound word, is the greatest word on earth. If a human being experiences this word in his life, that person would be transformed for life!

You must be born again to fulfill your divine or original destiny. It is not an option, it is a must! Come on how can you fulfill you purpose without being united with your creator? It is impossible. Highly impossible. Yes, you mighty fulfill your natural destiny, but that can never bring you total satisfaction. Never! Total fulfillment/satisfaction comes from the spirit and your spirit is the candle of God! That is where He operates from.

For your spirit to be united with God’s spirit, you must first, make His son, Jesus , the master and Lord of your life. After doing this, you can then ask Him to fill you with His spirit (the Holy Spirit). He’ll do it!

To make Jesus the Lord of your life, say those, “O Lord God, I come to you in the Name of Jesus Christ. Your Word says, “…. Whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved”

I ask Jesus to come into my heart to be the Lord of my life. I receive eternal life into my spirit and according to Romans 10:9, “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved”, I declare that I now have Christ dwelling in me, and greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world! (I John 4:4). I now walk in the consciousness of my new life in Christ Jesus.

Congratulations, you are now a child of God. You are now born-again. Now you are united with your creator, and he will show you who you are! And also He will help you journey in that direction by His precious spirit. You can never be confused again in your life! Oh, I’m happy for you!

Nevertheless, as a new born baby desires the milk of the mother, you have to desire the sincere milk of God. His milk is His word (The Bible). Study it with all your heart. Be hungry for it!

Congratulations once again and welcome to our world! A world of fulfilled, happy and joyous people! Yes, born again! Yes, Christians!

Now, God will show you His purpose for your life, who you are, why He created you, and what you are to fulfill! For me, he used dreams and visions, and He even spoke through children (read my book, Anybody can Do Well in Life, to know the whole story).
